FAMILY AND STUDENT HOME EVENT PASSES

The Lions Club would love for your family to be a Lions Club Member and support our athletic programs at TCS.  The Lions Club is our one and only Booster Club that supports all of our sports programs at TCS.  We raise money through concessions, business sponsorships, family memberships, spirit wear, and our champions dinner in the spring.  With these funds, we are able to fulfill requests submitted to us by your kid's coaches.  These requests can be small items to large items that will be used for many years.  Our Lions Club has grown a lot over the past couple of years and we can’t wait to see it continue to grow and gain support from all of our athletic families. 

Please see the attached description of the current family memberships.  If you are in need of a PARKING PASS for football games this year, this is the place to purchase it.  The parking pass is included in two of the family memberships.  You can go online and purchase your membership with the link below.  We have limited parking spots available so purchase online now!

Lot C is the first 25 spots in the overflow lane starting where the buses are parked

We will have our own Security officers at each lot ensuring only those with Lot hang tags are entering the lots.

SOFTBALL SENIOR NIGHT

Our Softball Senior Night will be held on Tuesday, September 20. Our softball senior will be recognized prior to the game at 5:10pm. After the recognition, help us cheer on our Varsity Softball team as they play Fayette County HS at 5:30pm.

LETTER JACKET FITTING DATE

When: Tuesday, September 27, 2022

Time: 8:15am - 9:00am

Location: Multi-Purpose Room/Auditorium

1-This is THE order for pre-Christmas delivery.

2-No late orders will be taken.

3-Bring letter and small sport insert and we sew on for free.

4-This is bulk pricing which includes shipping and tax.  Only available that morning until 9:00am.

INTEREST MEETING - GIRLS BASKETBALL 

Tuesday, Sept 20, 6:30-8:00 - The Gathering Place

Calling all GIRLS basketball players! We are holding an Interest Meeting/Parent Meeting on Sept 20 in The Gathering Place. This is for all girls interested in playing basketball this year.

This is for both Middle School and High School. We will provide information the upcoming season, meet the coaches, and answer questions!

Please plan to have the player and at least one parent attend this meeting! If you have questions before then, please reach out to Coach Daniels at Joe.daniels@tcslions.org.

TCS Intramural Basketball Interest

Deadline to Sign-Up: Tuesday, September 20, 2022

We would like to get an idea of how many students would be interested in participating in the TCS Intramural Basketball League starting in October. This would be for any girls and boys in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. Games would take place on Saturday mornings. The dates for this session would be 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, and 11/12. The cost would be $75 which includes their jersey.  If your child would be interested in participating, please fill out the interest form below.

Also, our 2nd session for Intramural Basketball will include K-2nd grades. We will send out that information once the dates/times are confirmed.

UPDATED: MS/HS Swim Team Interest Meeting

There will be a Swim Team Interest Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 6:00pm in the Gathering Place.  The Swim Team is open to any middle school or high school student. If you are interested but cannot attend the meeting, please complete the form below.

Athletic Academic Policy and School Attendance  

A student must attend at least half of their academic day in order to be eligible to participate in an after school game. If a student has an excused absence that is accompanied by a doctor’s excuse or a pre-arranged, approved absence then this policy may be waived but this can only be approved by the Athletic Director and or the Principals of the student’s building.
