Transportation Update

Hello Lion Nation!

I hope this finds everyone doing well and you had a great summer!!  This is to inform each of you that we are going to continue offering morning pickup at PTC Christian Church and Heatherwood Baptist Church Monday-Friday's throughout the Fall Semester. There will be no afternoon drop-off, you must pick your student up in our car line.  With that being said below are a few important items to read through.  There are few google forms for you to click to give your consent and approval of required information.  Please make sure you click the location link that's best for you to sign up.  I have also included a link to a document regarding Morning Pickup.

  1. Pick up locations will be Peachtree City Christian Church and Heatherwood Baptist Church (Summergrove). The address for PTC Christian is 500 Kedron Drive, Peachtree City GA, 30269 and the address for Heatherwood Baptist Church is 721 Shenandoah Blvd, Newnan, GA 30265

AT THIS TIME THERE WILL NOT BE A MORNING PICKUP AT NCG TO START SCHOOL. THIS WILL BE DECIDED LATER AND COMMUNICATION WILL COME OUT REGARDING THIS.

2. The start date for both of these locations will be Tuesday, August 8th and the end date for these locations will be Thursday, December 14th. Additional communication will be sent out for the second semester at a later date.

3. Departure times for these locations will be 7:00am.  Anyone that arrives after this time will need to please take your student to school as the bus will not wait for you to arrive.  Please make sure you are in the parking lot ready to load when the bus arrives and before the departure time.

4. The Heatherwood Baptist Bus will depart at 7:00am promptly and head to our Go Church location to drop off any PreK/ Kindergarten students and leave Go Church promptly at 7:20am. 

5. The PTC Christian Church Bus will depart promptly at 7:00am and will stop at Trinity Main Campus to unload students then proceed to Go Church to drop off PreK/Kindergarten students.

6. In the afternoon, we have a bus that will leave Go Church at 2:10pm with Agape/Sibling students to transport them to our Main Campus.  Please see the signup form below to take advantage of this service.  If you are going to use the sibling service you must sign up by August 4th, Failure to do so may result in not having a spot. 

7. Our buses only hold 44 people.  This will be first come first serve.
