Events & Announcements

We pray that the break has been filled with all of your favorite things and that you find yourselves refreshed and renewed in the way of the Lord! God's love towards us is as certain as the arrival of a new day, and because He is unwavering even in the face of change, we can always rely on His mercy. This is the good news of the Lord. Our prayer for this New Year is that He will continue to carry us, sustain us, and strengthen us each new day. May we keep our focus towards the goals that He has placed before us and press on, always forward. We are looking forward to the rich and rewarding semester ahead and can’t wait to welcome the students back into the classroom.

Here are some updates from our TCS High School community:

Mrs. Cook - We are so very excited to welcome Mrs. Cook back to the Art classroom for the second semester as a part of the High School team of staff.

Mrs. Wilcox - Good news: She is in remission!!

She will have 1 more chemo treatment as a “consolidation treatment” to make sure any cancer cells that were hiding are zapped.

This means her return to TCS will be delayed but the goal is for her to be at 100% health before she is back at it. Keep her lifted in your prayers! The current plan is for Mrs. Wilcox to return post winter break in February.  Mrs. Perez, a familiar face and name on the TCS team of staff, will be stepping in to cover the Alg II classes until Mrs. Wilcox is able to return.

Night of Prayer RECAP

On a crisp, clear, cool night in the middle of December, when much of our school population is busy with holiday commitments, a moderate gathering of believers assembled on the Trinity campus for self-guided prayer. Students, parents and faculty alike embarked on a prayer walk to various prayer stations as worship music swept over the Trinity grounds. This was one of those special evenings that fill your spirit with joy and hope for the future. We witnessed fathers praying with their sons, families gathered to pray for new families that may one day join our school community. We saw students gathered to pray for one another and even school principals praying blessings over students. Our only regret was our wish that every single Trinity family would have been able to experience the power of this night of prayer. Be on the lookout for a future night of prayer as we are confident that this will not be our last.
