Events & Announcements

What an amazing week we had sharing God’s love around the world and in our own home town! As students traveled to Florida (Miami and Orlando); San Antonio, Texas; Vienna Austria; Costa Rica and Puerto Rico or whether they stayed local, what was evident across the trips is that we have some amazing students! Their incredible attitudes and hearts of service were inspiring as they worked heartily as unto the Lord, selflessly giving their energy and focus to the work at hand. We saw students going out of their comfort zones whether that was to do tasks they have never done, pray for people they had never met, share God’s love to people who spoke a different language, act silly to teach children about Jesus, learn a new skill to bless someone in need or a myriad of other “new” activities done to ultimately bring glory to God!

Those who served right here close to home had the opportunity to GO to the TCS Lower School or to places such as  I58 Missions, Backpack Buddies, The Real Life Center, Bridging the Gap, St. Peter Church in Atlanta, Pure Hope, and Georgia Baptist Children’s Home. From near to far our students outdid themselves for our annual mission-focused GO WEEK experience! WE can’t wait to share more details and pictures soon! Thank you for the prayers and the opportunity to partner with you in giving students a chance to be the “hands and feet” of Jesus in our world!

END OF SEMESTER GRADES

The final grades will be posted on the transcript and viewable to parents and students on January 8th at 4:00 PM. Any course that is not passed will have to be made up in order to receive the necessary credit for graduation. Students who fail a semester course will be notified by the counseling department of their options for credit recovery.

Students who took dual enrollment courses in the first semester may not see those courses on their transcript right away. They will be added as quickly as possible after the registrar receives transcripts from the dual enrollment schools. It may take a week or longer for all of those to be completed. Each school has their own process and timeframe for sending those to us.

Parchment will be updated with transcripts once all of the dual enrollment courses have been added. If you are a senior, remember to choose "hold for grades" instead of "send now" to ensure the updated transcript is sent.

PE/Athletic Performance Class Uniform Update

Don’t forget that PE uniforms are available for purchase at the Roar Store.

The uniform will be required to wear for these classes for Semester II on or before 1/16/24. Any combination of the tops and bottoms will be approved, and there are both cold and warm weather options available for purchase.* Please note that students will not be allowed to participate in PE unless they are in the proper uniform. When students come to school without the correct uniform, the uniform pieces will be available for purchase in the school store with parent/guardian permission.

During the colder weather, students who have previously purchased spirit packs for sports will be permitted to wear these Trinity branded sweatshirts/outerwear and sweatpants/track pants in lieu of purchasing additional items.
