Volunteer Opportunities
Yearbook Volunteers
Mrs. Hackworth (Trinity Yearbook Adviser) is in need of 8 - 10 parent volunteers to help insert the spring supplements into all 1090 yearbooks this coming Monday, May 1st, from 8:00am - 10:00am in the Gathering Place if you can help!
TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK - MAY 8TH - 12TH
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 8-12, and as preparations are being made, PTF would love your help. We have several opportunities for you to serve and/or donate.
Morning Carline Volunteers (All week - Go Church & Main Campus)
Are you a morning person? Do you tend to show up early to school? If you answered yes to these questions, we invite you to serve with us in the Preschool/Kindergarten car line at GO Church and the Elementary and Middle school morning car line on the Main Campus. To show some love to our hardworking and dedicated teacher assistants, we have an opportunity for TCS parents to serve together. It's a simple volunteer opportunity. You just show up and be ready to open doors, give high fives, and start every child's day off with a big smile. That's it! We can't wait to serve our school community with you!
Morning Carline Volunteer Sign-Up
Individual Appreciation Day! (Thursday, May 11th):
The PTF has planned daily treats for the teachers but Thursday is reserved for classes and families to shower teachers, aides and staff with individual blessings.
Lower School and Upper Elementary School Room/Grade Parents are coordinating special treats from the class - look for an email from your Room or Grade Level Parent.
Middle School: A treat bin will be in the teachers lounge if you’d like to donate.
High School: Beta Club is sponsoring an Ice Cream Sundae Bar for the teachers.
High School Lunch Volunteers (Friday, May 12th):
The High School Teachers will be enjoying a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, May 12th. Six parents are needed to monitor the cafeteria during lunch from 11:40 - 12:40. Please let us know if you are able to help!
Middle School Lunch/Flex Class Volunteers (Friday, May 12th):
The Middle School Teachers will be enjoying a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, May 12th. Parents are needed to monitor the Flex Classes/cafeteria during lunch from 10:30 - 11:20. Please let us know if you are able to help!

Luncheon Donations (Friday, May 12th):
The teachers will enjoy a catered luncheon and we are asking for drinks and desserts to be donated for this event at both TCS locations (Go Church and Main Campus).
Main Campus donations are to be dropped off Friday morning either during morning carline or items can be dropped off at gym entrance no later than 9AM.
Go Church donations will be dropped off during morning carline.
Please make sure your name is correct in your sign up slot as we would like to display your name along with your dessert at the luncheon. Please list what type of dessert you are bringing in the comments. Some examples of dessert are cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pies, brownies, ect. NO refrigerated items.

Throughout the year we get many requests for preferences for teachers and staff. Below are links to the teacher/staff preference sheets if you would like to bless your student's teacher(s) or any of our specials/support staff. Amazon Smile Update: We have been notified that AmazonSmile is being discontinued as of February 20, 2023. We want to thank everyone that has supported Trinity through this program. If you have any last minute shopping, we will continue to earn funds through the February 20th date!
