CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT
INCLUDING NEW SIBLINGS
Why Continuous Enrollment?
At Trinity Christian School, we recognize the value in a long-term partnership with families in the education of their child(ren). A seamless transition from Early Learning through High School provides consistent progression through academic coursework.
What is Continuous Enrollment?
Continuous Enrollment is a more convenient and efficient way for our families to secure enrollment from year to year. In fact, there is no need to re-enroll for the 2026-27 school year. We want your child(ren) to receive a rigorous Christ-centered education for many years to come, so we want to make their Continued Enrollment as easy and seamless as possible.
Returning TCS Students
You do not need to do anything. The Tuition Management payment registration and Continuous Enrollment will be completed for you automatically.
The Continuous Enrollment fee is $175. It will be assessed in Tuition Management and processed with your March tuition payment.
Your current payment plan selection (annual or monthly) will be carried over to the next school year. If you need to make a change, please email tuition@tcslions.org.
New Sibling Enrollment
New sibling enrollment is now open. Please follow the instructions below to access a new student application. You must use the link on the Blackbaud Resource page in order to connect the application to your family. Submission of the application does not guarantee enrollment or availability.
Log in to Blackbaud via tcslions.myschoolapp.com
Click the Resources tab
Click on the green Apply box
Follow the prompts for submitting a new application. Once submitted, the application will be reviewed, and a checklist will be assigned. You will submit the information for the recommendations and school records once the checklist has been assigned to your student. Please note that the checklist will not be assigned immediately.
Non-returning TCS Students
If your plans have changed and your student is not returning to TCS for the 2026-27 school year you need to opt-out of Continuous Enrollment by completing the Continuous Enrollment Opt-out form.
The Opt-out form can be obtained by requesting it from registrar@tcslions.org.
Submitting the Continuous Enrollment Opt-out form on or before February 10, will ensure that you are not assessed the $175 Continuous Enrollment fee.
If a Continuous Enrollment Opt-out form is submitted after February 10, your Blackbaud Tuition Management account will be charged the $175 Continuous Enrollment fee.
Should you opt-out and then later decide to return to TCS, you may re-enroll pending availability at that time
How and when will I be charged the Continuous Enrollment fee?
The Continuous Enrollment fee of $175 will be assessed in Tuition Management and processed with your March tuition payment.
The 2026-27 tuition rates are posted on the Resource page of Blackbaud. Your 2026-27 tuition payment plan will be set up based on your current (2025-26) year selections; however, you may change to a different payment plan by contacting the Business Office, tuition@tcslions.org. You will receive confirmation of your new payment schedule from Tuition Management.
When did I agree to this?
New and returning families agreed to Continuous Enrollment in the online enrollment packet completed on the Tuition Management Portal.
What if I pay the Continuous Enrollment fee, but later decide to withdraw my student?
The $175 Continuous Enrollment fee is non-refundable.
If an Opt-out form is received between February 11 and April 30, you will still be responsible for payment of the Continuous Enrollment fee applied to your account, but without the penalty of the withdrawal fee.
If a Continuous Enrollment Opt-out form or Summer Withdrawal form is received after April 30, you will still be responsible for payment of the Continuous Enrollment fee and will also be charged a withdrawal fee of $500. In the event withdrawal is made during the summer months, no fees paid will be refunded and the withdrawal fee will still be assessed.
See handbook for the detailed breakdown of deadlines and fees
