Why Continuous Enrollment?

At Trinity Christian School, we recognize the value in a sustained, long-term partnership with families in the education of their children. A seamless transition from Early Learning through High School provides consistent, thorough progression through academic coursework. When students are continuously enrolled, from their initial enrollment until they graduate from TCS, it is a more efficient and convenient method of re-enrollment for both parents and school alike, saving time and eliminating unnecessary tasks for the parents.

What is Continuous Enrollment?

Continuous Enrollment is a more convenient and efficient way for our families to secure enrollment from year to year. In fact, after this year, there is no need to re-enroll. TCS is moving from an “opt-in” annual re-enrollment process to a Continuous Enrollment which is an “opt-out” process. Once you submit your 2024-2025 Re-enrollment /Continuous Enrollment agreement you will never have to complete the online re-enrollment packet again. TCS wants to make the continued enrollment as easy and seamless as possible.

Returning TCS Students

Submit your 2024-25 Re-enrollment/Continuous Enrollment agreement for the last time!  Re-enrollment will open at 8am on Monday, January 29, and we anticipate that classes will once again fill up very quickly. After this year, students will automatically be enrolled for the upcoming school year.  Don’t worry, we will remind you!

New Sibling Enrollment

Current TCS families will be able to submit new sibling applications during the re-enrollment period. This will allow you to submit a new student application for a sibling prior to enrollment opening to the public on Tuesday, February 27. Please note that the submission of the application does not guarantee availability or enrollment.

Non-returning Students

If your plans have changed and your student will not be returning to TCS for the 2024-25 school year, please email our Registrar at registrar@tcslions.org. She will provide a simple Opt Out Form for you to submit through Blackbaud. Submitting this form will ensure removal of the Tuition Agreement and other re-enrollment related documents and will facilitate a smooth transition for your child’s transfer to a new school at the end of the year.

Will Tuition Change Each Year?

The tuition and fees will be updated annually and will be communicated to families late January.

Financial Aid  

All current families requesting financial assistance must apply (or re-apply) with Blackbaud Financial Aid Management, https://smartaidforparents.com  The 2024-25 financial aid applications open March 1, 2024. The School Code is 14919 (Trinity Christian School). You must select the Sharpsburg location when completing the application.  New financial aid applications must be submitted and reviewed each year.  Award notifications are typically communicated in June.

Open enrollment for

new non-TCS families 

Enrollment will open to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, and availability will then be on a first come first serve basis.  We anticipate a high retention rate, along with a large volume of new students seeking enrollment for next year.
