Trinity Christian School has partnered with Blackbaud, a leading provider of school management software. Trinity currently uses the Tuition Management System to process all tuition and incidental financial charges.

ACCESS

You can access your Tuition account by: 

• Logging into https://parent.blackbaud.school 

• Logging into your Blackbaud Academic account by going to https://tcslions.myschoolapp.com – selecting resources - selecting Blackbaud Tuition Management tile.

PAYMENTS

Blackbaud Tuition Management is available by phone or online chat to assist you with your account. Click here for more information on how to contact Blackbaud Tuition Management.

• Payments are processed the day they are received, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and are posted to your tuition account the next business day. 

• Payment options include debit/credit card (usage fee of 2.85%) or bank draft (no usage fee) 

• Accounts can be set up for invoice payment or auto debit. Invoice accounts require the account holder to manually initiate the payment. Auto debit accounts are automatically drafted by Blackbaud on the tuition plan date. To set up auto debit, log into your Tuition Management account, go to My Profile, select Payment Information, select Update under Payment Method and follow the prompts.  

• Blackbaud initiates the transfer of funds 48 hours prior to the payment’s scheduled due date. Payments can not be adjusted or stopped during this time frame.
