FAMILY AND STUDENT HOME EVENT PASSES
We have exciting news...our Home Event Passes are online this year. All event passes will be set up through Go Fan. Our Home Event Passes are for our TCS families. The pass allows your family access into all home games except playoff games. Along with the Family Pass which is good for up 2 parents and children, we have Student Passes for our middle school and high school students.
Each TCS family will have an access code specific to your family. You only need 1 access code per family. One member of your family will set up the family pass and transfer the other ticket to their spouse.
Each MS and HS student will have an access code specific to them.
To receive your access code, please email athletics@tcslions.org. In your email, please make sure you include your first and last name and if you are a student or a parent. The parent will need to submit a request for the Family Pass and the student (MS and HS only) will need to submit a request for a Student Pass. Once we receive your request, we will send you the link and your unique access code along with the instructions on how to retrieve your pass.
The Lions Club
The Lions Club would love for your family to be a Lions Club Member and support our athletic programs at TCS. The Lions Club is our one and only Booster Club that supports all of our sports programs at TCS. We raise money through concessions, business sponsorships, family memberships, spirit wear, and our champions dinner in the spring. With these funds, we are able to fulfill requests submitted to us by your kid's coaches. These requests can be small items to large items that will be used for many years. Our Lions Club has grown a lot over the past couple of years and we can’t wait to see it continue to grow and gain support from all of our athletic families.
Please see the attached description of the current family memberships. If you are in need of a PARKING PASS for football games this year, this is the place to purchase it. The parking pass is included in two of the family memberships. You can go online and purchase your membership with the link below. We have limited parking spots available so purchase online now!
Lot C is the first 25 spots in the overflow lane starting where the buses are parked
We will have our own Security officers at each lot ensuring only those with Lot hang tags are entering the lots.

Tuesday, Sept 20, 6:30-8:00 - The Gathering Place
Calling all GIRLS basketball players! We are holding an Interest Meeting/Parent Meeting on Sept 20 in The Gathering Place. This is for all girls interested in playing basketball this year.
This is for both Middle School and High School. We will provide information the upcoming season, meet the coaches, and answer questions!
Please plan to have the player and at least one parent attend this meeting! If you have questions before then, please reach out to Coach Daniels at Joe.daniels@tcslions.org.
MS TENNIS INTEREST FORM
If your child would be interested in playing Tennis in the upcoming season, please fill out the below form. This is for 6th-8th grade. The team is being considered depending on the interest.

MS GIRLS BASKETBALL TRYOUTS (7th and 8th Grade)
Basketball tryouts will be held after school on October 18th and October 20th for all middle school girls who wish to play basketball. Please make plans to attend both days (Cuts could be made after day 1 at the discretion of the coaching team). The tryout time will be be right after school until 4:15 each of those days.

Important Information to know regarding the upcoming fitting:
1-This is THE order for pre-Christmas delivery.
2-No late orders will be taken.
3-Bring letter and small sport insert and we sew on for free.
4-This is bulk pricing which includes shipping and tax. Only available that morning until 9:00am.

Athletic Academic Policy and School Attendance
A student must attend at least half of their academic day in order to be eligible to participate in an after school game. If a student has an excused absence that is accompanied by a doctor’s excuse or a pre-arranged, approved absence then this policy may be waived but this can only be approved by the Athletic Director and or the Principals of the student’s building.
