Events & Announcements

Senior Week of May 11-15 

  • 5/11 Monday Chick Fil-A biscuit drive-thru at the high school building 10am - 11am “It’s our pleasure!”

  • 5/12 Tuesday Senior Car Parade - decorate your car and wear your trinity gear - we are excited to  celebrate each of you - line up details will be emailed to you directly

  • 5/13 Wednesday Award and Graduation Regalia Pick up drive-thru from 1pm - 3pm at the high school building

  • 5/14 Thursday Treat Day drive-thru from 1pm - 3pm at the high school building

  • 5/15 Friday Yearbook pick up 1pm - 3pm at the high school building  (yearbook signing party when we can gather together in the summer for a graduation celebration)

Student Council Elections Are Underway

This year, Juniors, Will Price and Lily Gregory will be running for the position of Student Body President

Current 9th -11th grade students check your emails to see their speech and place your vote. 

 If any students want to join Student Council for next year, please email our current president Sydney Mattsen at sydney.mattsen@tcslions.org so you can be added to the google classroom. The only requirement is to volunteer for at least 2 hours with our Student Council events.

Class of 2020 Senior Wills

Seniors, now is your chance to write a will and leave behind advice or memories to underclassmen and faculty members. See your email for examples.  The Senior wills will be posted in next week's newsletter. Remember to keep content clean and respectful.

Senior Schedules

Here is the rundown of the schedule for senior schedules: (note a change in exam schedule)

Friday, May 1st - Last day of regular class (including Bible, etc..)

Monday, May 4 - Math exam

Wednesday, May 6 - All final projects are due by noon on this day.

Sunday, May 17 - Graduation 

Rules and Restrictions are changing from day to day - we are watching closely in order to be educated on the matter at hand with safety and health as a top priority - we will keep this date and are working to execute the absolute best plan for our Seniors


MANDATORY Senior Exit Survey 2020

High School Musical Cast Congratulations

Congratulations to all the High School Musical cast and their positive review from the judge panel! Congratulations to Kara Joy Bragg for receiving a scholarship through the Shuler Awards 2020! Looking ahead for 9th-11th grade students

May 11-15th will be a project “work” week for students which will allow them each day to pace themselves to complete the assigned project for each course - NO NEW work will be provided or required during this week

    • The “exam” will be DUE on a final exam schedule:

      • Monday 5/18 - Literature

      • Tuesday 5/19 - Math will not have a cumulative exam but students will have a LAST test over the material in the last unit of instruction

      • Wednesday 5/20 - Science

      • Thursday 5/21 - History

      • Friday 5/22 - Spanish

*Students may turn in exams earlier than these dates, but this is the final date for submission. All assignments and make-up work should be turned by May 15th. 

MATH EXAMS

Math will not have a cumulative exam but students will have a LAST test over the material in the last unit of instruction

This last test will be on Tuesday 5/19 and will count as a normal test grade

May 13th-15th will be “math make-up” days where students will be able to redo/resubmit some previous work to improve their math grade before the last test (teachers will communicate these details to their individual classes)

All assignments and make-up work should be turned by May 15th.
