Yahoo! School’s Out for Summer!
We started the year with an action plan that was intended to focus on being together, with face to face instruction for our student population, and WE DID IT! The Lord’s hand of protection, favor, and blessing was truly upon us at TCS.
It is important to note that during this time of challenge and uncertainty, we were drawn closer to the Lord and could really lean into Him. As a team of staff, we are constantly reflecting specifically on a verse that we all know and can probably quote by heart, but this verse is really what has provided strength to persevere and direction for the means to tackle each day Proverbs 3: 5-6 from the amplified version says
Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].
There is no doubt that each of us individually, together as a team of staff, as families, and as students have certainly overcome some obstacles over the past year, and for this, we should give ALL glory and honor to the Lord!
