Each year, the TCS Administration releases a series of helpful videos to help prepare families for the start of the new school year. They provide key information necessary to ensure families have a headstart.

Important Highlights:

  • TCS at GO Church Pickup: no earlier than 2:05 pm

  • TCS Main Campus Pickup: no earlier than 2:30 pm

TCS BUS PICK-UP OPTIONS

TCS will continue offering morning pickup at PTC Christian Church and Heatherwood Baptist Church Monday-Friday throughout the Fall Semester.

There will be no afternoon drop-off. Parents must pick up their student during in our car line.  Below are a few important items to note. There are several Google forms for you to review and provide your consent regarding required information. Please make sure to click the preferred location link.  Also click the link below to review the General Population Pickup document below.

  1. Peachtree City Christian Church

    • Address: 500 Kedron Drive, Peachtree City, GA, 30269

  2. Heatherwood Baptist Church (Summergrove)

    • Address: 721 Shenandoah Blvd, Newnan, GA 30265


START DATE 

Bus pickup start date: Tuesday, August 9th and the end date will be Thursday, December 15th.


DEPARTURE TIMES 

Departure times for these locations will be 7:00 am. Anyone who arrives after 7:00 am will need to drop off your student at school. Please make sure you are in the parking lot ready to load when the bus arrives and before the departure time.

  • The Heatherwood Baptist Bus will depart at 7:00 am promptly, stop at head to our Go Church location to drop off PreK/ Kindergarten students, and then leave Go Church promptly at 7:20 am. 

  • The PTC Christian Church Bus will depart promptly at 7:00 am, stop at the Trinity Main Campus to unload students, and then proceed to Go Church to drop off PreK/Kindergarten students.


Sibling Service 

If your preschool or kindergarten student has siblings at our main campus, we are offering to transport Go Church students to main campus for the 2:50 pm dismissal. This will allow you a one stop pick up for all of your students at the main campus. Please see the signup form below to take advantage of this service. If you are going to use the sibling service you must sign up by August 5th. Not doing so may result in not having a spot.

  • Our buses only hold 44 people.  This will be first come first serve.
