Registration Fees

  • New Student - Due at the time the application is submitted

  • Returning Student – Billed yearly through Continuous Enrollment

Annual Fees

  • Annual fees help to cover major facility improvements, curriculum, technology, and other overhead costs not

    covered by tuition. Fees cover free admission to all home athletic and performing arts events for immediate family

    members (excluding playoffs and theatre performances).

  • Annual fees will be split in two equal payments, due June 1st and July 1st. If accepted after July 1st, the total fees are

    due at the time of acceptance.

Annual Tuition

  • The Dining Program is included in the annual tuition for K4 through 12th grade students.

  • Tuition may be paid in full or in ten equal monthly installments.

    • Full Tuition Payment - Must be paid in full by August 10th.

    • Monthly Tuition Payments – Due the 1st of each month, spread evenly between August and May. If accepted after August 1st, the first tuition payment is due at the time of acceptance.

Financial Accounts

  • Tuition and Fees are non-refundable, including Registration Fees.

  • All payments must be made through Tuition Management.

  • A late fee of $40 will be assessed for any unpaid balance remaining after the 10th of each month.

Incidental Charges

  • Additional charges, including but not limited to, will generally be billed monthly through Tuition Management:

    • Middle School Extended Day, Skills Development, PSAT testing, and AP testing

  • Additional charges, including but not limited to, will be paid through Blackbaud Forms on your parent portal:

    • Athletic fees, Performing Arts fees, Field Trips, and Club fees

Late Admissions

  • If accepted after August, the tuition is prorated based on the start date. Annual fees and the first tuition payment are due at the time of acceptance. 

Discounts

  • Discounts are applied to tuition only.

  • Full Payment Discount

    • 3% discount will be applied to tuition for those who pay in full by August 1st (or before the students first day if acceptance is after August 1st)

  • Multi-Child Discount

    • Multi-child discount is only applicable for 5-day, full day students.

    • Each child must be within the same family with the same parent paying

      • First Child (Oldest) - Full tuition

      • Second Child - $1,500 off the yearly tuition

      • Third Child - $2,100 off the yearly tuition

      • Fourth Child - $2,700 off the yearly tuition

      • Fifth Child - $3,300 off the yearly tuition

  • Pastoral Discount

    • Full-time pastors may be eligible for a tuition discount. Please contact the business office (tuition@tcslions.org) for additional information.

Georgia Special Needs Scholarship (GSNS)

  • SB10 scholarship payments can only be applied to annual fees, tuition, and Skills services. This money cannot be used for incidental charges, such as uniforms, athletic fees, etc. (See TCS Handbook for policy) www.tcslions.org

Waiting List

  • In the event a class is full, families may request to be placed on the waiting list until a space becomes available.

  • Application and non-refundable application fee must be submitted for the student to be placed on the waiting list.

  • Waitlists are year specific and do not roll over to the following year.

Financial Assistance

The TCS Financial Aid Committee allocates financial aid to qualifying families. To qualify for assistance, students must be in good standing academically and behaviorally. To determine financial eligibility, the family must apply using the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management System (BFAMS). The BFAMS evaluates all applications and makes recommendations to the TCS Financial Aid Committee as to qualification. Recommendations from BFAMS are evaluated without regard to race, age, or sex of the applicant family. Typical financial assistance averages between $250 to $3,000 off the yearly tuition, per student. Applications for assistance will be accepted beginning March 1st.

There is a $35 fee to apply, payable to BFAMS. Interested families should apply through https://www.tcslions.org/financial-aid. The TCS School Code is 14919 (Trinity Christian School). Applications should be submitted by July 1st. Applications can be submitted after July 1st, but most of the funds are awarded in July and August. Financial aid applications will only be reviewed if the Trinity application and application fee have been submitted.

Withdrawals

  • The TCS Withdrawal Form (obtained from registrar@tcslions.org) must be completed and submitted to the Registrar.

  • All withdrawals made after April 30, 2026 will be assessed a $500 withdrawal fee.

  • Withdrawals received after May 25, 2026 will be responsible for all invoiced annual fees and/or tuition.

  • Application fee, annual fees, and tuition are non-refundable.

  • Tuition is due through the end of the month for which the student attends school, regardless of the number of days the student attended.
