Stock the Room Week 

for LS/UES + Specials Teachers

”Stock the Room" Week is Monday, February 6th through Friday, February 10th up for our LS/UES teachers + Specials Teachers. Parents should have received an email from their room parent(s) with a list of items their teacher needs for their specific classroom. Our Specials Teachers also have a few items they need for their classrooms. The following is a link to their wish lists:

High School Lunch Monitors 

The High School staff has their monthly staff meetings during lunch and need parents to monitor the high school lunchroom during this time. High School lunch periods are from 12:15 pm - 12:55 pm. Lunch protocols and expectations will be sent to you upon sign up. You will need to check in through the high school front office by 12:10pm so you can be in place when the students come down to the Multipurpose room. Meeting dates are:  2/23, 3/16, and 4/20. Please note - this is open to all TCS parents, not just high school parents!

High School Lunch Monitors 

The High School staff has their monthly staff meetings during lunch and need parents to monitor the high school lunchroom during this time. High School lunch periods are from 12:15 pm - 12:55 pm. Lunch protocols and expectations will be sent to you upon sign up. You will need to check in through the high school front office by 12:10pm so you can be in place when the students come down to the Multipurpose room. Meeting dates are:  2/23, 3/16, and 4/20. Please note - this is open to all TCS parents, not just high school parents!

Uniform Swap 

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Uniform Swap and Shop! On Monday, January 23rd from 4pm - 6:30pm and Tuesday, January 24th from 8am - 1:30pm. We pray the addition of the afternoon/evening hours will help make it easier for all of our families to shop. 

The Uniform swap can be found in Building 1 in Room #130 located upstairs just past the Church Office and Leo Lab. 

If you have uniforms or spirit wear you would like to donate, you can drop them off in the car line or at the front office on Tuesday, January 17th through Friday, January 20th.

We can always use extra volunteers to help set-up and organize uniforms. Volunteers also get first pick of any of the items as a thank you for helping.

Coming Soon! TCS Christmas Blessing Fund

Trinity’s Christmas Blessing Fund will begin next week! The Christmas Blessing fund provides parents the opportunity to give a one-time monetary donation as a Christmas gift rather than purchasing multiple individual gifts for various teachers and staff. We hope all parents will choose this easy giving option instead of giving a physical gift. The funds that are collected will be distributed to all the Teachers (K3 – 12th), Specials Teachers (Art, PE, Recess Monitors, Music, Band, etc.), as well as to the Facilities, Security, Nursing staff and Admin staff who serve our students daily. Look for more details in next week’s Inside the Pride.

Hey Lions! Mark your calendars for the upcoming Uniform Swap and Shop!! This coming Tuesday, November 1st from 4pm - 6:30pm and Wednesday, November 2nd from 8am - 1:30pm. We pray the addition of afternoon/evening hours will help make it easier for all of our families to shop.

The Uniform swap can be found in Building 1 in Room #132 located upstairs just past the Church office.

If you have uniforms or spirit wear you would like to donate, you can drop them off in carline or at the front office on Friday, October 28th or Monday, October 31st.

Candy Donations Needed for Fall Festival

CANDY! CANDY! And More CANDY! We can’t have a Family Fun Day without candy to hand out! We would love to collect bags of candy to give to our little lions and their friends who attend the Family Fun Day with their family. We will be collecting candy through Monday, October 24th. Please use the following sign-up to let us know if you can donate candy for our event. Collection bins will be located in each school office (Go Church, Lower School and HS).

We would love your help packing the candy collected for the Family Fun Day into bags to hand out at the event! Join us Monday, Oct 24th from 8:30 - 12:00 in room 127 of Bldg 1 to make the candy bags. Heirloom Market Vendors

On Saturday, November 5th, TCS is hosting a Christmas Open House benefiting the vendors of Heirloom Market. Volunteers are needed to help with parking and supervising/greeting during the event. Volunteer Opportunity

Candy Donations Needed for Fall Festival

CANDY! CANDY! And More CANDY! We can’t have a Family Fun Day without candy to hand out! We would love to collect bags of candy to give to our little lions and their friends who attend the Family Fun Day with their family. We will be collecting candy through Monday, October 24th. Please use the following sign-up to let us know if you can donate candy for our event. Collection bins will be located in each school office (Go Church, Lower School and HS).

Christmas Open House Benefiting

Heirloom Market Vendors

On Saturday, November 5th, TCS is hosting a Christmas Open House benefiting the vendors of Heirloom Market. Volunteers are needed to help with parking and supervising/greeting during the event. If you are able to serve, please sign up for a shift.  All volunteers will receive a commemorative Christmas Open House long sleeve t-shirt. Thank you for your willingness to serve!

High School Lunch Monitors 

The High School staff has their monthly staff meetings during lunch and need parents to monitor the high school lunchroom during this time. High School lunch periods are from 12:15pm - 12:55pm. Lunch protocols and expectations will be sent to you upon sign up. You will need to check in through the high school front office by 12:10pm so you can be in place when the students come down to the Multipurpose room. Meeting dates are:  10/20, 11/17, 1/19, 2/23, 3/16, and 4/20. Please note - this is open to all TCS parents, not just high school parents!

Mon Sept. 26th: Math Book Page Sorting

It’s time to sort Volume 2! Our 1st & 2nd grade teachers need their 2nd volume of math workbook pages sorted by lesson for their class. We will be sorting pages Bldg 1 Monday, Sept. 26th from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm. If you have some free time we'd love to have your help! We have 2-hour slots below, but feel free to drop in at any time for as long as you can stay! This is a great way to get to know other Trinity parents and catch up with friends!
