Volunteer Opportunity
Candy Donations Needed for Fall Festival
CANDY! CANDY! And More CANDY! We can’t have a Family Fun Day without candy to hand out! We would love to collect bags of candy to give to our little lions and their friends who attend the Family Fun Day with their family. We will be collecting candy through Monday, October 24th. Please use the following sign-up to let us know if you can donate candy for our event. Collection bins will be located in each school office (Go Church, Lower School and HS).
Fall Festival Candy Bag Packing
We would love your help packing the candy collected for the Family Fun Day into bags to hand out at the event! Join us Monday, Oct 24th from 8:30 - 12:00 in room 127 of Bldg 1 to make the candy bags. Feel free to drop in and stay as long as you can Monday morning to help. We look forward to seeing you there!
Christmas Open House Benefiting
Heirloom Market Vendors
On Saturday, November 5th, TCS is hosting a Christmas Open House benefiting the vendors of Heirloom Market. Volunteers are needed to help with parking and supervising/greeting during the event. If you are able to serve, please sign up for a shift. All volunteers will receive a commemorative Christmas Open House long sleeve t-shirt. Thank you for your willingness to serve!
High School Lunch Monitors
The High School staff has their monthly staff meetings during lunch and need parents to monitor the high school lunchroom during this time. High School lunch periods are from 12:15pm - 12:55pm. Lunch protocols and expectations will be sent to you upon sign up. You will need to check in through the high school front office by 12:10pm so you can be in place when the students come down to the Multipurpose room. Meeting dates are: 10/20, 11/17, 1/19, 2/23, 3/16, and 4/20. Please note - this is open to all TCS parents, not just high school parents!
