Volunteer Opportunities

Welcome back to school! We are excited to partner with you to help make this school year a success for our students, teachers and families! Below are a few volunteer opportunities we have to start this year!

General Volunteer Sign-up: 

Through the school year, PTF shares sign-ups and opportunities to volunteer in the Inside the Pride PTF section and also on the Trinity Family Facebook page. Sometimes, last minute help is needed or volunteers to support specific projects. Please let us know your interest in volunteering using the form below.

Room Parents / Grade Parents:

We have an amazing group of teachers at Trinity; however, they need and love our help! Each grade needs the help and support of parents to work with the teachers and organize events.  If this is something that you would be interested in doing, please complete the following form. Our goal is to get as many parents involved in the classrooms as possible.

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK - MAY 8TH - 12TH

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 8-12, and as preparations are being made, PTF would love your help. We have several opportunities for you to serve and/or donate.

Volunteer Sign-Up

Morning Carline Volunteers (All week - Go Church & Main Campus)

Are you a morning person? Do you tend to show up early to school? If you answered yes to these questions, we invite you to serve with us in the Preschool/Kindergarten car line at GO Church and the Elementary and Middle school morning car line on the Main Campus. To show some love to our hardworking and dedicated teacher assistants, we have an opportunity for TCS parents to serve together. It's a simple volunteer opportunity. You just show up and be ready to open doors, give high fives, and start every child's day off with a big smile. That's it! We can't wait to serve our school community with you!

Individual Appreciation Day! (Thursday, May 11th):

The PTF has planned daily treats for the teachers but Thursday is reserved for classes and families to shower teachers, aides and staff with individual blessings. 

  • Lower School and Upper Elementary School Room/Grade Parents are coordinating special treats from the class - look for an email from your Room or Grade Level Parent.

  • Middle School:  A treat bin will be in the teachers lounge if you’d like to donate.

  • High School:  Beta Club is sponsoring an Ice Cream Sundae Bar for the teachers. 

High School Lunch Volunteers (Friday, May 12th):  

The High School Teachers will be enjoying a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, May 12th. Six parents are needed to monitor the cafeteria during lunch from 11:40 - 12:40. Please let us know if you are able to help!

Middle School Lunch/Flex Class Volunteers (Friday, May 12th):

The Middle School Teachers will be enjoying a Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, May 12th. Parents are needed to monitor the Flex Classes/cafeteria during lunch from 10:30 - 11:20. Please let us know if you are able to help!

Luncheon Donations (Friday, May 12th):  

The teachers will enjoy a catered luncheon and we are asking for drinks and desserts to be donated for this event at both TCS locations (Go Church and Main Campus). 

  • Main Campus donations are to be dropped off Friday morning either during morning carline or items can be dropped off at gym entrance no later than 9AM.  

  • Go Church donations will be dropped off during morning carline.

Please make sure your name is correct in your sign up slot as we would like to display your name along with your dessert at the luncheon.  Please list what type of dessert you are bringing in the comments. Some examples of dessert are cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pies, brownies, ect.  NO refrigerated items.

Yearbook Volunteers

Mrs. Hackworth (Trinity Yearbook Adviser) is in need of 8 - 10 parent volunteers to help insert the spring supplements into all 1090 yearbooks this coming Monday, May 1st, from 8:00am - 10:00am in the Gathering Place if you can help!

Volunteer Opportunities

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 8-12, and as preparations are being made, PTF would love your help. On Friday, May 12, the teachers will enjoy a catered luncheon and we are asking for drinks and desserts to be donated for this event at both TCS locations (Go Church and Main Campus). 

  • Main Campus donations are to be dropped off Friday morning either during morning carline or items can be dropped off at gym entrance no later than 9AM.  

  • Go Church donations will be dropped off during morning carline.

Please make sure your name is correct in your sign up slot as we would like to display your name along with your dessert at the luncheon.  Please list what type of dessert you are bringing in the comments. Some examples of dessert are cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pies, brownies, ect.  NO refrigerated items.

Stock the Room Week 

for LS/UES + Specials Teachers

”Stock the Room" Week is Monday, February 6th through Friday, February 10th up for our LS/UES teachers + Specials Teachers. Parents should have received an email from their room parent(s) with a list of items their teacher needs for their specific classroom. Our Specials Teachers also have a few items they need for their classrooms. The following is a link to their wish lists:

High School Lunch Monitors 

The High School staff has their monthly staff meetings during lunch and need parents to monitor the high school lunchroom during this time. High School lunch periods are from 12:15 pm - 12:55 pm. Lunch protocols and expectations will be sent to you upon sign up.
