FAMILY AND STUDENT HOME EVENT PASSES

We have exciting news...our Home Event Passes are online this year.  All event passes will be set up through Go Fan. Our Home Event Passes are for our TCS families. The pass allows your family access into all home games except playoff games.  Along with the Family Pass which is good for up 2 parents and children, we have Student Passes for our middle school and high school students.

Each TCS family will have an access code specific to your family. You only need 1 access code per family. One member of your family will set up the family pass and transfer the other ticket to their spouse.

Each MS and HS student will have an access code specific to them.

To receive your access code, please email athletics@tcslions.org. In your email, please make sure you include your first and last name and if you are a student or a parent.  The parent will need to submit a request for the Family Pass and the student (MS and HS only) will need to submit a request for a Student Pass. Once we receive your request, we will send you the link and your unique access code along with the instructions on how to retrieve your pass.

Athletic Forms

As a reminder, all athletic forms must be turned into the Athletic Office prior to the first day of practice in order for an athlete to participate. You are welcome to drop forms off at the front desk or email them to athletics@tcslions.org.

Athletic Forms: LINK

In addition to the forms, you will need to complete the online Sudden Cardiac Arrest Presentation that must be reviewed and signed off by the athlete and a parent.  You are welcome to review the presentation together and type in both (all) names together at the end of the google form. The link is below.

Athletes Fees for Sports Participation

As you are aware, Athletic fees allow our teams to participate in our various leagues and competitions. This year’s athletic fees may look a little different in how they are billed/charged, but they remain the same. As we fall in line with the school and the change to Blackbaud, we also will make those changes. In the past, your account has been billed for those fees, but moving forward you will receive a Form in Blackbaud (via email) to pay your fees. Here is where you can pay this fee as your account will no longer be charged. But you must pay this via the Blackbaud Forms.

Thanks for your patience as we make this transition, and thank you so much for your support of our athletic program.

The Lions Club

TCS Athletic Families,

The Lions Club would love for your family to be a Lions Club Member and support our athletic programs at TCS.  The Lions Club is our one and only Booster Club that supports all of our sports programs at TCS.  We raise money through concessions, business sponsorships, family memberships, spirit wear, and our champions dinner in the spring.  With these funds, we are able to fulfill requests submitted to us by your kid's coaches.  These requests can be small items to large items that will be used for many years.  Our Lions Club has grown a lot over the past couple of years and we can’t wait to see it continue to grow and gain support from all of our athletic families.

Please see the attached description of the current family memberships.  If you are in need of a PARKING PASS for football games this year, this is the place to purchase it.  The parking pass is included in two of the family memberships.  You can go online and purchase your membership with the link below.  Your parking pass will then be available to pick up starting at 4:30pm at the Lions Club tent on 8/19 at the football game or you can email Sarah at vp.lionsclub@tcslions.org.  We have limited parking spots available so purchase online now!

  • Lot B is the lot between the middle school and the high school

  • Lot C is the first 25 spots in the overflow lane starting where the buses are parked

We will have our own Security officers at each lot ensuring only those with Lot hang tags are entering the lots.

FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Parents and Students – We hope that you’ve had a fantastic start to the school year!  We are excited to host our first Home Varsity Football Game of the season against Woodward Academy, on Friday August 19th.  As you’ve likely notice, the additional seating has taken up space where some of our students have historically played together during the game.  Given the increase in game attendance and desire to keep our stadium a safe and friendly environment, we now have two student sections for Varsity football games.  The high school student section remains in it’s traditional location and is limited to high school students only.  The second student section will be clearly marked on the first two rows on the left side of the stadium (left side when looking at the field from the home side of the stadium) This will be for MS students and down.

Please note that for safety reasons and others, Students playing and running in the stadium during the game will be asked to sit in the designated student section or with a parent.

PARKING FOR FOOTBALL GAMEs

Parking will be available on main campus for all home football games with additional overflow parking at the old Immanuel College adjacent to the campus. If you arrive to the game and the campus parking lot is full, you will be directed to the adjacent parking lot where you will be shuttled back to the campus to view the game and shuttle back upon the games conclusion. Shuttle service will begin around 6:30pm and will stop at approximately 7:45pm (15 minutes after kickoff). The service will then start back up at the end of the 3rd quarter and run for approximately 1 hour after the conclusion of the game. We are excited to be able to add more spots to park that are so close to the campus for our fans to be attention Friday nights in Sharpsburg!
