Lion’s Nation,

Please remember that as we travel and host games this Spring, you might be the only Jesus our visitors or host schools see. Please continue to represent our TCS family well!

Thanks for being an awesome cheering section and supporting our athletes!

Sports Physical Days

It is that time of year for your 2023-2024 sports physicals. Every athlete is required to have a physical on file prior to the start of their season. Athletes will not be allowed to start their season without a physical and athletic forms on file in the Athletic Office.  This is a great opportunity to complete your paperwork prior to the start of the next school year and your physical will be good for the entire 2023-2024 school year.

This year's physicals will take place on three days: Thursday, April 13, Tuesday, April 18, and Thursday, April 20 from 3:30pm - 8:00pm in the Gym. The cost is $25.00 per physical.

If you would like to register your child and set up an appointment for their physical, please click the link below. Please read the information at the top of the form in its entirety as it contains very important information.

Registration Link: https://forms.gle/Nyc9PExP4kzMq7Hy8

TRINITY WRESTLING

2022-23 SUMMARY

Our wrestling team completed its second season this February.  We made great strides this year and are excited about our potential in the years to come.  Our line-up consists of:

  • 106 lbs. – Luke Thomas – 9th

  • 138 lbs. – Blake Boyce – 10th

  • 165 lbs. – Greg Brezina – 9th

  • 120 lbs. – Elijah Livingston – 10th

  • 144 lbs. – Thomas Seitz - 12th

  • 190 lbs. – Andy Henderson – 10th

  • 126 lbs. – Eli Rose – 12th

  • 150 lbs. – Colton Thomas – 9th

  • 215 lbs. – Matthew Wells – 10th

  • 132 lbs. – Hayes Wilson – 10th

Our two team captains were Elijah Livingston and Thomas Seitz.  Their leadership, hard work and dedication inspired both their teammates and coaching staff.  We will miss Thomas next year but we are fortunate having Elijah back for his Junior and Senior years.

We had 10 wrestlers competing in the Traditional Area Tournament. Seven of our competitors were able to move on to the Sectionals tournament.  These seven grapplers were Luke Thomas, Elijah Livingston, Hayes Wilson, Thomas Seitz,  Colton Thomas, Greg Brezina and Andy Henderson.

Elijah Livingston and Thomas Seitz were able to move on and compete in the State Tournament which was held in Macon. Both finished in the top 12 in their respective weight classes.

We are really excited about the progress we made this year. The wrestlers are ready to begin their post-season conditioning so they will be even more competitive next year.  We are hoping to grow the program, continue to improve and become one of Georgia’s elite programs for the years to come.

FAMILY AND STUDENT HOME EVENT PASSES

Once you’ve set up your student pass or family pass, you can find your pass in your tickets section on your GoFan account for each game you attend.

If you have not set up your student pass or family pass, please continue reading the information below. All event passes will be set up through Go Fan. Our Home Event Passes are for our TCS families. The pass allows your family free access into all home games except playoff games.  Along with the Family Pass which is good for up 2 parents and children, we have Student Passes for our middle school and high school students.

Each TCS family will have an access code specific to your family. You only need 1 access code per family. One member of your family will set up the family pass and transfer the other ticket to their spouse.

Each MS and HS student will have an access code specific to them.

To receive your access code, please email athletics@tcslions.org. In your email, please make sure you include your first and last name and if you are a student or a parent.  The parent will need to submit a request for the Family Pass and the student (MS and HS only) will need to submit a request for a Student Pass. Once we receive your request, we will send you the link and your unique access code along with the instructions on how to retrieve your pass.

The Lions Club

The Lions Club would love for your family to be a Lions Club Member and support our athletic programs at TCS.  The Lions Club is our one and only Booster Club that supports all of our sports programs at TCS.  We raise money through concessions, business sponsorships, family memberships, spirit wear, and our champions dinner in the spring.  With these funds, we are able to fulfill requests submitted to us by your kid's coaches.  These requests can be small items to large items that will be used for many years.  Our Lions Club has grown a lot over the past couple of years and we can’t wait to see it continue to grow and gain support from all of our athletic families.

If you are interested in a Business Sponsorship please email Avery at sponsorship.lionsclub@tcslions.org

Athletic Academic Policy and School Attendance

A student must attend at least half of their academic day in order to be eligible to participate in an after school game. If a student has an excused absence that is accompanied by a doctor’s excuse or a pre-arranged, approved absence then this policy may be waived but this can only be approved by the Athletic Director and or the Principals of the student’s building.
