BOARD MEMBER BIOS

  • Dr. Colette Morgan serves as Chairman of the Board at Trinity Christian School. A board-certified internal medicine physician, her journey with Trinity began when her two daughters entered preschool, and she has since supported the school through leadership and international mission trips to Vienna, Ecuador, and Tanzania. Outside of her professional and charitable work, Dr. Morgan enjoys cooking, traveling with her family, and birdwatching, and she remains deeply committed to her faith and the Trinity Christian School community.

  • Dave currently serves as the Senior Director, Financial Solutions for Chick-fil-A, Inc. David is a Georgia licensed CPA and has served with Chick-fil-A for over 18 years and his team is responsible for staff-facing technology and data solutions on behalf of corporate finance. David has served on the Trinity Christian School Board for 10 years with the last 5 as Chairman. He and his wife Tina have been married for 19 years and have 3 children together. Jake is a 2018 graduate of Trinity Christian School, Samuel is an 11th grader and Sophia is a 7th grader.

  • Ryan Haning serves as the Executive Director and Head of the Cathy Family Office. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and oversight across all functions of financial and operational functions of the family office. While he remains closely connected to key areas such as financial planning, tax strategy, estate planning, property management, risk management, compliance, and philanthropy, his focus has shifted toward long-term vision and strategic planning. Ryan plays a pivotal role in aligning the family office with the broader legacy and mission of Chick-fil-A, Inc. He also invests meaningful time with the Generation 3 owner group, serving as both a trusted advisor and friend as they navigate life and stewardship together.

    Ryan has been with Chick-fil-A since 2012. He and his wife have two boys. As a family, they enjoy watching and playing baseball and tennis, and Ryan especially enjoys spending time outdoors hunting. They worship at Crossroads Church in Newnan and are also very passionate about the national ministry, FCA Outdoors. Additionally, Ryan serves on several boards and advisory committees in both the non-profit ministry space and the for-profit space.

  • Dr. McDowell began his career as an educator over 20 years ago. He has served in several capacities including teacher assistant, substitute teacher, and teacher.

    After teaching for several years, he began a career in school leadership. Dr. McDowell has worked in public, private, and charter schools as an assistant principal, principal, learning director, as well as manager of counseling services.

    He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership degree from University of Georgia. He also has an Ed.S. in Educational Administration and Supervision as well as an M.A. and B.A in English Education and English.

  • Michael is a Healthcare Executive with 20+ years of operational management experience and expertise. He is an executive leader for two hospital openings in new states. He has operational and construction experience ranging from greenfield to renovation and extensive experience in guest services with emphasis on high customer satisfaction, process improvement, team culture, and employee retention.

  • Ashley White is the proud mother of Brooklyn and Easton. Her early career was at Chick-fil-A Corporate introducing new staff to their business and culture. She currently serves in various council and committee roles for their family business. Ashley and her husband, David, live in Peachtree City and are active members at New Hope Baptist Church.
