We are all experiencing a gamut of emotions that are flooding with the recent news from the Governor. From one day to the next things change.. numbers rise, questions continue, mandates, and orders, extensions of closings but there is one thing in all of this that remains and that is that the Lord is still in control. My prayer is that we will continue to turn to His word so that we can be in the right spirit and gain peace of mind that surpasses our understanding. May the LORD be the contagion!
We will continue to provide distance learning for our student population until the end of the school year. We will make some necessary modifications so that we can see this thru to the end of the year with great success. Students should continue to follow along in Google Classroom for their assignments and due dates. Please be on the lookout for live “office hours” so that the students can just “drop in” to ask questions, have additional opportunities to have “live” instruction, and just to connect as needed.
New Way to Move Forward
We may not be able to gather together in large groups but we are not going to cancel, we will just make arrangements with a new way to move forward.

Senior yard signs
The school will provide one yard sign per Senior Student. Stay tuned for more details about distribution.
COUNSELING TEAM
Keep in mind that our Counseling team is available to virtually meet with students/families to help with coping strategies during this time. Change is hard, transition is hard, and certainly this Pandemic is unprecedented. However, we can have courage and take heart, because our God has overcome the world!

Here is the rundown of the schedule for senior schedules:
Friday, May 1st - Last day of regular class (including Bible, etc..)
Monday, May 4 - Day 1 of Senior Finals
Tuesday, May 5 - Day 2 of Senior Finals
Wednesday, May 6 - Seniors are off
Friday, May 8 - Senior Exam Make up day
Tuesday, May 12 - Honors Night - invitation - FACEBOOK LIVE
Sunday, May 17 - Graduation. VIRTUAL CEREMONY TO COMMENCE UNTIL WE CAN GET TOGETHER TO CELEBRATE
EXAMS
**The College Board and moved AP exams to an online format with two testing days - details are being communicated to students enrolled in AP courses.
9th -11th grade exams will be held on Wednesday, May 20th and Thursday, May 21st from 8:45am-noon
