Trinity competed in the 2021 GHSA Football State Championship against Prince Avenue Christian on December 9, 2021. It was an explosive rematch from the 2020 matchup. This time, Trinity brought home the trophy with a 55-28 victory, a strong finish to an undefeated season: 14 wins - 0 losses.
Trinity's state championship was not only the first in the school's history, but a first for Coweta County.
