Staying Connected with the TCS Community

Now that the school year is underway and everyone is settling in to new routines and schedules, maintaining communication is of upmost importance. There are various ways to stay connected to help families stay in the know about all things Trinity. From weekly e-newsletters to Blackbaud, parents and students have access to information around the clock. The Trinity experience is not just for the student, but involves the entire family working together in partnership to raise up the next generation of world changers.
Weekly e-newsletter Inside the Pride is the #1 best way to stay in the know with all things Trinity. Principals update content weekly with important dates to remember, special events, and much more. Each newsletter also contains contact information for staff regarding curriculum, student life, and more.. Newsletters are emailed every Sunday evening and again on Wednesday’s to those who haven’t opened them yet. Students and parents, and even grandparents, are encouraged to subscribe to the newsletter to help stay connected.

Quarterly Coffee with the Principal gatherings are a valuable way to attend a time of discussion including a question and answer portion related to what is taking place this year and what is yet to come. Gatherings are often less than an hour long and held right after morning drop-off to make it easy for parents to attend. Dates and times are always listed in Inside the Pride with registration links and topics of discussion for each gathering.
The online Trinity School Events Calendar is a great place to find out about all the happenings on our campus. It is updated regularly and a source of information for those wanting to support both our Athletics and Arts programs. Earlier this week, the school community came together to celebrate senior softball player Mary Ruth Adkins at the home softball game. The school calendar can also be found on this page to help families plan time away during holiday breaks.

The Parent Teacher Fellowship section of every edition of Inside the Pride is where information about parent volunteer opportunities, teacher birthdays, teacher preferences, and the locations of the various Lost and Found bins on campus.
The New Family landing page was created to help our first year families navigate the first year at Trinity but is also serves as a helpful tool for our returning families. School supply lists, TCS Lions lingo, dining services, and more can be found here. Many ways to plug in and connect with families through our TCS PTF (Parent Teacher Fellowship), Room Parents, Lions Club, and Annual Fund can also be found on the New Family page. Two FAQ’s .pdf documents can be found at the bottom of the New Family page packed with grade specific information. These are perfect to screenshot and save for future use.
The TCS Family Handbook is a comprehensive online resource with updates for all things Trinity including updated policies and procedures for the 2026-2027 school year.
