Physical Day
It is that time of year for our 2022-2023 Sports Physicals. GoMed will be at Trinity for physicals for 3 days this year. The dates are Monday, April 18, Tuesday, April 19, and Wednesday, April 20 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Physicals are $20.00.
Payments and scheduling will be done through Blackbaud. You will receive an email to show that you have a form to complete for your child. If you do not receive an email, you can login to your Blackbaud account, click on your name in the top right corner, and click Files and Forms. The title of the form is Physical Day. If you have multiple children to sign up, you must complete a form for each child.
Every athlete is required to have a physical on file prior to the start of their season. Athletes will not be allowed to start their season without a physical and athletic forms on file in the Athletic Office. This is a great opportunity to complete your paperwork prior to the start of the next school year and your physical will be good for the entire 2022-2023 school year.

Trinity Sports Performance Development Program
The Trinity Sports Performance Development Program will begin its first month of training sessions on Monday March 7th and continue through Wednesday March 30th.
This program is designed to aid in the building of the athletes foundation by creating proper movement patterns and joint stability. This program has proven over time to maximize athleticism as well as minimize injury rates among participants
This opportunity will be available to all boys and girls grades 4th through 8th, and will begin directly after school at 2:50 pm. Your athlete will be picked up directly by a Trinity coach outside of the middle school locker room, and escorted to the high school weight room and field below. You will be able to pick your child up at this location at 4:10 pm.
The first month of training will run 4 weeks, March 7th through March 30th. We will train on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:50 until 4:10. We will resume all training after spring break the second week of April for another 4 weeks of training April 11th through May 4th.
We look forward to the opportunity to build your student athletes foundation and develop Trinity's future.

Thursday, March 31st @ 6:00pm in the Gathering Place (lunch room)- Parent informational meeting for Trinity Cheerleading 5th-12th grade. This will be for the 2022/23 season. All season and tryout information will be discussed during the parent meeting.

We now have a camera in both the Gym and the Stadium that records our games. If you visit the YouTube page you can view HOME games both as a livestream or on Demand for Free to you! Games recorded include (MS Basketball (B&G) JV and Varsity (B&G) ) as well as football (we will add Spring sports to this once we get to those seasons).

Academic Attendance Policy
Just as a reminder as Winter sports begin to crank up: A student must attend at least half of their classes on game day in order to participate. Of course if a student is at an excused function(s) (Field trip, Dr Apt, college visit, or etc.) or arrangements have been made in the athletic office this policy may be waived.
