MR. WHEELER’S WEEKLY WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT
As I reflect on this past week, my heart is filled with gratitude and overwhelming pride for the Trinity Christian School Class of 2026. What a beautiful celebration it was as we honored a group of seniors who have left an incredible mark on our school community.
Our week began with Senior Honors Night, a special evening where we recognized the achievements, leadership, talents and Christ-like character of so many of our students. It was a reminder that excellence is not simply measured by awards or accomplishments, but by the impact our students have on those around them.
We then gathered for our Senior Breakfast and Senior Chapel, which was truly one of the most meaningful moments of the week. To worship together, pray over our seniors and reflect on God’s faithfulness throughout their journey at Trinity was incredibly powerful. I’m always moved when I hear our faculty talk about seeing our Seniors walk our halls when they were a lot younger and now prepared to step confidently into the next chapter of life.
One of the most unforgettable moments of the week was our Senior Walk. Watching our seniors walk one final time through our campus while being celebrated by every student from Kindergarten through 11th grade was simply extraordinary. The cheers, high-fives, hugs, smiles, and tears created a moment that none of us will soon forget. It beautifully captured what makes Trinity so special, which is a community that truly loves and supports one another.
Finally, we gathered together for Graduation, an evening filled with laughter, tears and countless memory-making moments that will last a lifetime. It was more than a ceremony; it was a celebration of growth and accomplishment.
To our faculty, thank you! Thank you for the countless hours you invest far beyond the classroom. Thank you for your prayers, your encouragement, your patience, your leadership and unwavering commitment to pouring into the lives of our students each day. You have helped shape this graduating class in ways that extend far beyond academics. Your impact is eternal and will be shared each time one of our seniors encounter other people in their lives.
To our parents, thank you for allowing Trinity Christian School to partner with you in the education, development and spiritual growth of your children. Thank you for the sacrifices you have made, the prayers you have prayed and the support you have shown. Thank you for the trust you have placed in us throughout the years. This milestone belongs to you as much as it does to your graduates.
And to our seniors, thank you for allowing us to be part of your story. You have brought energy throughout your tenure at Trinity and the memories you created here will last you a life-time. As you leave Trinity, remember what I said at graduation; my prayer is that you continue to know who God is in your life and boldly make Him known wherever He leads you next. Your future is bright because your hope is rooted in something far greater than this world can offer.
Congratulations once again to the Trinity Christian School Class of 2026. You will always be part of The Pride.
