The Principal’s Piece: A Note From Mrs. Randolph

We had a wonderful time of praise and worship in our Chapel service last week. Each third grade class was given the opportunity to lead our Lower School students in worship. It was such a special time together. I am grateful that our Lower School students have a heart for worship. Glory to God!

Lion Leadership Program

Lion Leadership award winners Mrs. William’s 2nd grade class

We have implemented a Lion Leadership Program within our Lower School to encourage and foster Christ-like leadership qualities within our students. Our goal is to recognize students for displaying leadership qualities and for setting an example for others to follow. Throughout the school year, our first-third grade students will participate in fun challenges. The winning class will receive the “Lion Leadership” award to proudly display in their classroom until the next competition begins.

Recently, our students participated in their first challenge! The goal of this challenge was to earn the highest number of “Hallway Hoorays”. Each “Hallway Hooray” represented a time that a faculty member recognized a class for following our hallway procedures. All of our students did an amazing job! I announced the winning class in Chapel last week.

Congratulations to Mrs. Williams’ 2nd grade class for setting an example while walking our halls and winning the “Lion Leadership” award!

Annual Food Drive

Our Annual Food Drive is taking place from November 1st - November 17th. We are encouraging all students from preschool-3rd grade to participate. This is a great opportunity to bless our community while encouraging generosity in our students. Items donated will be given to Trinity Church’s food pantry and then dispersed to those in need. Items may be sent in with your student and given to their classroom teacher. We appreciate your willingness to give!

Items needed:
