The Principal’s Piece: A Note From Mrs. Randolph
We are looking forward to celebrating the National Day of Prayer this Thursday, May 2nd. Our kindergarten students will be brought to our main campus to participate in a school-wide gathering at our stadium. Our preschool students will remain at Go Church and celebrate the National Day of Prayer in their classrooms.
The National Day of Prayer 2024 theme is LIFT UP THE WORD - LIGHT UP THE WORLD.
“For you are my lamp, O Lord, and my God lightens my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall. This God—his way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him.” 2 Samuel 22:29-31

Last Week in Chapel
We had a great time in Chapel this week as Mrs. Moore taught our third lesson in the series titled, "Don't Worry About It"! In last week’s lesson, the students learned that when we are worried, we can always turn to God for rest and peace. While reading the story of Mary and Martha found in Luke 10, we discussed the importance of trusting in God to give us rest when we are stressed by the worries of life.
Whatchagaddaknow: “I Will Come to God's Presence When I Feel Stressed!”
Power Verse: “Then Jesus said, 'Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest...” Matthew 11:28
