Walking Together: Moments That Matter
There’s No Place Like Home
“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”
Psalm 133:1
Trinity Family,
Tomorrow begins Homecoming Week and I hope our students and families are ready for a great week of Purple and Black!
Homecoming is about more than dress-up days, football, festivities and a dance. It is an opportunity to celebrate something special……belonging to a community.
Throughout the week, I want to encourage our students to go all in! Dress up! Participate! Cheer loudly! Support your classmates! Make memories! And wear your Purple and Black proudly!
But as we celebrate, let's also remember what makes our Trinity community different: Include someone! Encourage someone! Show kindness! Celebrate others! Represent Trinity well—and most importantly, represent Christ well.
Years from now, our students may not remember every assignment or test, but they will remember their relationships that brought laughter and joy. They will remember the traditions of Friday nights and moments when they knew they belonged.
Those are Moments That Matter.
So let's celebrate, laugh, compete, make memories and show everyone what it means to be a LION!
As we continue walking together, may we know God more deeply, make Him known more faithfully and trust Him to guide every step we take. May the Lord bless you and your family this week.

11th grade Bible teacher Chris Paschal preached through Romans 8:1–14 He called students to consider the difference between life in the flesh and life in the Spirit. The flesh is characterized by the law of sin and death, hostility toward God, and a mindset opposed to His will. But in Christ, God gives us a new law—the law of the Spirit of life. God says, “Live!” and by His Spirit, He gives us new life. Life in the Spirit means having a new mindset, experiencing joy, growing in the fruit of the Spirit, and being transformed into a new creation. Those who are led by the Spirit are sons and daughters of God, living in joyful submission and friendship with Him.

The High School Administrative Team would love to partner with families to lift up prayer requests you have. Please fill out the TCS High School Prayer Requests form to submit a request.
