A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR
Does playing a musical instrument make you smarter? There are countless studies that have been conducted to prove that playing instruments does indeed accomplish this. This month is the second month we will promote articles and research that prove the academics of music education. This is so important to us, and we want you to know why. Don’t just take our word for it, check out these articles we are referencing. Each month throughout this school year we will reference a different article, a different study. We hope you will take the time to read and discover how much music truly benefits your student. The investment is well worth it, and will prove rewarding for their entire life!
DATE CHANGE - BAND & RECORDERS CONCERT
Please note, we have moved our 4th Grade Recorders Concert and our Band Christmas Concert. The new date will be either Monday, November 28 or Monday, December 5. We will post these new details within the week and communicate to all performers directly. Thanks for your flexibility here, more info to come.

This club has been rehearsing and students are well on their way. Performance date is set for Saturday, December 10. Mark your calendars - you won’t want to miss it!
