  • Introduction of staff for 2026-27 and how Theatre will function

  • And more…

*MS students picked up at 3:45pm from Building 1

3:45 PM - 4:15 PM -

  • Thespian Troupe 8184 final meeting (HS Thespians only)

We have a new Director who will be leading our Elementary Drama Club, Mr. Charles Maceo.  We are excited to have him on board, he will be leading our 1st-3rd grade club, and also our 3rd-5th grade club.  This after school adventure will happen approximately September 2026 through March 2027.  More details to come.

We are also increasing the role of Mrs. Julissa Hobbs.  She has been with us for the past year leading our 1st-3rd grade Drama Club.  She will now be stepping up into a larger role, directing both our MS Musical and our HS Musical.  Her wealth of knowledge and experience have already made a difference in our students, and we can’t wait to see our older students benefit as well.  Welcome Mrs. Hobbs!

And we are excited to have Mrs. Lizzie Perez back next year, directing our HS One Act and also our Thespian Troupe.  She has poured so much into the Theatre Department at TCS, and we know great things are in store.  Thank you Mrs. Perez for the passion and heart with which you serve.  Next year is going to be amazing!

Band

We have a new Band Director for next year, Mrs. Kim Snow!

She comes with a Masters in Music Education from GCSU, her principal instrument is oboe.  She has already been on campus a few times observing and even jumping in to teach some of our younger students.  She will primarily be teaching 5th grade and MS bands, and also filling the role of our department administrative assistant for all of Performing Arts.  Welcome Mrs. Snow!

Chorus

Mrs. Meagan Dixon will continue to lead our MS and HS Choruses, these groups are growing and we are so excited to see the musicality and passion for vocal music here.  We are also introducing a NEW group to MS Chorus, Mr. Hurt will be leading a Boys’ Chorus.  This is for MS boys only, we are separating them from the girls next year.  We feel this will motivate these boys to join and continue their love for vocal music.  Boys, prepare for a lot of fun and creativity together!  Be on the lookout for elective signups throughout the summer.

Orchestra

Mrs. Sharissa Manwaring will continue to teach here, building the string program at TCS.  This has come such a long way, and to her credit.  She is inspiring our students to love the strings!  Trinity is the only school in Coweta County with a full orchestral program, this is such an asset to our students and our community.  And Mrs. Manwaring brings such a wealth of knowledge and spirituality - we are blessed!

INSTRUMENT REPAIR

We use Big Note Music for on site repair of many of our musical instruments.  If you have an instrument that needs repair, this may be a great option for you.  The process works with you filling out an online form, pre-paying for the repair, and then they come for a scheduled repair session right on our Trinity campus.  Your student wouldn’t be away from their instrument except when it’s on the repair table.  This convenient option has worked for us for a few years now.  Simply fill out the online form and let us know that a repair has been scheduled.
