A Message from the Principal

Dear Trinity Family,

A BIG thank you also goes to SAGE Dining Services for celebrating Hispanic Heritage Week with us by preparing such delicious meals throughout the week. We are grateful for their partnership and for the way they serve our students and staff each day.

This season of the school year from Labor Day through Thanksgiving is always full of activity and excitement on our campus. Please be sure to check Inside the Pride Announcements & Events each week so you don’t miss important updates and opportunities to get involved.

This Wednesday, September 24th at 7:15 AM, students are meeting on the football field for See You at the Pole! Don’t miss this chance to start your day united in prayer with your classmates. Let’s come together, lift up our school, and cover the year in prayer!


Trinity is continuing to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Week. This is a time to honor the rich history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. Throughout the week, we will highlight the vibrant traditions, stories of faith, and lasting impact of this community, reminding us of the beauty of God’s diverse Kingdom.


Homecoming Week – September 22–27

The week begins with our Homecoming Parade on Monday, September 22 at 6:00 PM at TCS. We would love for you, your family, and friends to join us as we kick off this special week together.

Just when you think Homecoming has ended, we conclude with the much-anticipated HOCO Dance on 9/27. Mark your calendars and get ready to celebrate with Lion pride!

Coffee & Donuts with the Principal and Administration 

Parents, please join the High School Administrative Team October 2nd in the Multi-Purpose Room from 8:30-9:15AM. These quarterly gatherings will give us the opportunity to connect in person and provide updates on topics such as:

  • News and notes for the 2025–2026 school year

  • Academic rigor assessment

  • Communication efficiency

  • SAT/ACT readiness

  • College entrance

  • Scholarships and financial aid

  • Other topics that are on your mind

Sam Howard, 9th grade Bible teacher preached from Romans 15. 

"Paul gives us an example of what it looks like to live on mission for the gospel. Believers are not alone in their walk with Christ on earth. We are called to serve faithfully, partner boldly, and pray urgently for the advance of the gospel.”


🌍Go Week 2026 – Website has launched!

The countdown is on! From March 26 - April 2, our entire school will step out in faith for GO Week 2026, a week set apart to impact lives, share the love of Christ, and see God move in powerful ways. Last Monday, we launched the official GO Week 2026 website. If you have not taken a look yet, we encourage you to check it out! On the webpage, you’ll find:

  • Overviews of each mission trip planned for 2026, including locations, service opportunities, and ministry focus.

  • Details on how students will engage in meaningful outreach, grow in their faith, and experience the joy of serving others.

We encourage you to bookmark the page and check back regularly for ongoing updates throughout the school year. 

*If your student is planning to travel internationally, please make sure their passport is current—or begin the renewal process now to avoid any delays.

*Please note that the meeting has been changed from the MPR to the Gymnasium to accommodate as many people as possible. We are expecting to have a great turn out!

Only one ticket can be purchased per name. If you are buying a ticket for another person, you will need to make more than one transaction. Yet, make sure you and your date are familiar with the Code of Conduct and Dress Code Guidelines as you will be asked to check off that you both agree to comply.

Prayer Requests

The High School Administrative Team would love to partner with families to lift up prayer requests you have. Please fill out the TCS High School Prayer Requests form to submit a request. These requests will be prayed over on a regular basis and kept confidential among the High School Administrative Team.

Looking for ways to fund college? Additionally, at the end of the document are links to various scholarship search engines and some additional resources. EMORY UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCES TUITION FREE PROGRAM

This past week Emory University in Atlanta announced a program where they will become a tuition free school for families who make less than $200,000 per year. You can read the press release and get more information HERE.


HOW TO SET UP A COLLEGE BOARD ACCOUNT

Each year, the College Board helps students prepare for the successful transition to college through programs and services in college readiness. Some of these services include PSAT and SAT preparation and administration, AP courses and AP exams and career and scholarship information. Seniors - Are you applying for college by using the CommonApp? If so, click on the image below for a video walkthrough with instructions on how to fill out the application.


CHICK-FIL-A COMMUNITY SCHOLARS PROGRAM - SCHOLARSHIP

The Chick-Fil-A Scholars Program program was established to assist students who plan to continue their education in college or vocational schools.

Students must be a high school senior to be eligible to apply for the scholarship. Applications will be accepted starting now through October 28, 2025. Click the button below for more information and to apply.

SAT DATES FOR FALL 2025

SAT DATES FOR 2025-26

Registration for fall and spring administration of the SAT is now live. You can register online here through the College Board. 

Seniors should consider taking the SAT during the fall semester of 2025 to improve their score for college admissions or scholarship opportunities. 

Juniors should target the spring semester of 2026 for their first administration.
