MR. WHEELER’S WEEKLY WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Dear Trinity Families,

I pray this week of Winter Break has been a gift to your family.  For me it has been a time of rest, laughter, reflection and renewal. Breaks serve as a reminder that while we are committed to excellence in all we do, we are also called to rhythms of rest, which I recognize is hard to do in today’s world of hustle and bustle.  I hope each of you return refreshed and ready to continue what we started!  We look forward to welcoming all of our students and staff back to campus on Monday!

As we turn the calendar to March in the next couple of weeks, our focus will begin to shift toward one of the most meaningful weeks of our school year…..GO Week (March 26 – April 2). GO Week is more than an event, it is an expression of who we are as a Christ-centered school. During this week, every student in grades 9–12 will step outside the classroom and into hands-on ministry opportunities through Local, Regional, or International missions experiences. There is a 100% participation expectation for every high school student. We believe service is not optional in Christian formation, rather it is essential. Whether serving in our local community, partnering regionally, or traveling internationally, our students will live out the call of Christ to “GO” and make an impact for His Kingdom. If you would like additional details about trips, expectations, and preparation, please visit our GO Week webpage HERE.

We are excited to see how the Lord will use this week to shape hearts, build compassion, and deepen faith.

As we return from break and look toward the month ahead, I want to encourage you with this truth: God often does His greatest work when we are willing to step outside of comfort and into calling.  GO Week is not just about where we travel, it is about who we become. Growth rarely happens in convenience; it happens in obedience. As families, let’s prepare our hearts not just for a busy season, but for a meaningful one.

“Here am I. Send me!” — Isaiah 6:8

May we be a school community that doesn’t simply talk about faith, but lives it boldly.

We can’t wait to see everyone back on Monday. Let’s finish what we started with intentionally!
